New! Your attendance record is due on the anniversary of your child's enrollment date or upon completion of your child's grade level, which ever comes first. (Please read our record keeping requirements for information on documenting your child's attendance.) Your attendance record may be mailed or emailed; and we do, of course, allow for mailing time. If you will be mailing your attendance record, be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you will be emailing your attendance record, please be sure it is clearly readable and meets our formatting requirements.

- If you printed and manually completed your attendance record, you will need to scan your original record and save it in a PDF or JPG format. DO NOT EMAIL SCREEN SHOTS OR PICTURES TAKEN WITH YOUR PHONE. These do not print clearly and THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you do not have a scanner, please mail your attendance record to us.

- If your record is in spreadsheet format, you may email it to us in its original format or export it in PDF format. (You are also welcome to print it and mail it.)
